EirikOlsenBioPicEirik Olsen became fascinated by the relationship between the mind and human capability after his experience in the Norwegian military and deployment in the Middle East. For many years, he studied various mental practices and techniques, until coming across the Three Principles, which proved to be the birth of true transformation and insight. After four years of working from this new understanding, Eirik saw that this approach could be applied to people and performance across all fields, from individual, to business to global. He is especially excited to speak at the school because of its commitment to depth of feeling, and is also looking forward to being a student, “soaking it all in.” Eirik is the founder of NorthMind, the largest Scandinavian company based on the Three Principles, and part of the team of One Solution initiative, a series of conferences to look at how this understanding can address, alleviate and solve global challenges.
